Products ordered online onVivagems.com has general estimated shipping time of 1-3 days depending upon the product ordered and place of delivery and quantity . An indicative delivery time may be displayed to the user at the time of placing  the order,  In case of delay beyond the aforesaid period buyers are requested to immediately contact the Customer Support Numbers* and the Vivagems team will look into the matter on priority basis.

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders $49.99 and above.

Please make sure to check the Estimated Shipping Date on the product page for when your order is expected to ship out. If you have multiple items in your order, your complete order will ship out on the date of the latest item. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S.

Standard Shipping: Free (3-8 Business Days – Allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing)

 

2-Day Shipping: $20 (2 Business Days – In stock items ordered 12 pm EST ship the same business day;)

 

Overnight Shipping: $45 (1 Business Day – In stock items ordered 2 PM EST ship the same business day )

 

Same-Day Messenger: $15 (Manhattan only – order must be received by 12pm EST.)

 

Office Pickup: Free (contact us to schedule a time to drop by)

Valid Promo Codes / Discount codes or Gift Voucher issued by Viva gems  USA  in trade shows can be used while ordering

payments. Provided however that

 Viva Gems reserves the right to refuse the usage of any promo code/ discount code at any point of time.

  1. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

Customer can cancel the order placed on the website through email or by calling our customer support numbers*with in 24 hours of placing the order. The cancelled order shall be acknowledged and confirmed to the customer through email or call, only after it is taken to be confirmed as “Cancelled order”.

  1. PACKAGING

Every package is delivered in a durable packing, with Viva Gems printed on the package. It is accompanied with invoice for payment made.

In case your purchase is intended as a gift, an e-invoice shall be mailed to the buyer. However if the buyer intends to receive original copy of invoice along with the package he may contact us within 24 hours of  Successfully  placing the order on our Customer Support Numbers* or email us, stating the order details at

  1. TRACKING YOUR ORDER.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a communication from Viva Gems informing you of your shipment details. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting our logistics partners web site and following the instructions using your tracking number.
